Description
The Fingermark is also known as golden snapper, Fingermark Bream, Spotted Scale Sea Perch, Snapper and Goldie. The Fingermarks varies colour from copper over the back and upper flanks to reddish or olive brown, depending on habitat. The fingermarks most distinguishing feature is the black spot on the flanks toward the tail. Fingermark can grow up to 90cm.
Distribution
Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.
